DAVID LEWIS
Chief Executive Officer & President David Lewis is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Sons of David. In his role, Mr. Lewis directs the development and execution of the company's investment strategies. Since founding the company in 2004, Mr. Lewis has overseen the investment of real estate and other related asset classes. Mr. Lewis is a real estate finance veteran with over 20 years of experience with transactions across residential homes in Northwest Indiana.
Mr. Lewis is also a community leader dedicated to the company's core values, including commitment to his customers. Grounded in the belief that business should be a force for good and that his work can bring about affordable housing, Mr. Lewis brings his philosophy to life through strategy, execution, and quality services. Under his leadership, Sons of David has served over 50 families across the Chicagoland area. As an appointed board member of the ProFinance Tech Credit Union, a community focused credit union serving the neighboring towns of Chicago, Mr. Lewis advises the nonprofit on its financial services. Mr. Lewis is an active member of the Northwest Indiana Urban League in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Lewis is an investor, entrepreneur, and motivational speaker. CONTACT: P.O. CAROLYN LEWIS
Property Manager Carolyn has 20 years experience in Business Office Administration and has implemented digital and technology software management systems for various sectors including higher education, non-profits, and oil & gas /energy. As a Business Administrator, Carolyn assists small businesses in setting up and managing their projects. Providing organizations with planning and execution strategies and an efficient, productive framework, her services will help Sons of David Properties meet their business goals and increase their portfolio. She has an undergraduate degree in Management and an MBA in Business Administration.
As the new Property Manager, she will be responsible for the following:managing the day-to-day administrative operations, addressing and resolving residents' questions and concerns, managing budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices, and creating and distributing marketing materials other duties as assigned. Mr. Daniel Lewis is the CEO of the Sons of David Lawn Care and the Vice President of Sons of David. Mr. Lewis offers his expertise of skills in accounting, customer service, communication, and analysis skills.. He is an intelligent businessman with over 10 years of experience. As a professional, he organizes and keeps up the daily operations for Sons Of David. Mr. Daniel Lewis has a position of reviewing properties for condition compliance, and planning maintenance updates with contractors. He maintains a genuine commitment to public service and community building. Also, he has a daring streak in his nature and is very fervent.
Daniel is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with his Associate Degree in Business Administration. Also, he has a minor in Industrial Technology Mechanical. He is currently completing his Bachelor degree at Indiana University of Northwest.
